We will prepare or modify as necessary all contracts and important documents that you will need to sign as part of the sale. Our Legal Department is responsible for work on the documentation. Legal fees for the services of an external legal representative can oftentimes reach very high amounts, whereas with us those services remain affordable as they are included in the commission agreed upon before the start of the transaction.

We will arrange all matters associated with the Land Register. And finally, as a bonus – our real estate experts carry liability insurance, which is not a standard on the market.
